The Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum will be on your right.

From the reception of hu Roma Camping in Town (Stazione Aurelia, 00165 Roma RM), head southwest for about 100 metres. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via della Stazione Aurelia and continue for approximately 1 kilometre, passing another roundabout. Turn slightly left onto Via dei del Balzo and go straight for about 140 metres. Take the next left (partially restricted road) and continue for about 220 metres. The Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum will be on your right.

However, we provide a list of accommodation options close to the conference venue, which at the time had availability and reasonable prices, although we cannot guarantee that these conditions are still valid.

Jubilee of the educational world

Our conference will take place immediately after the Jubilee of the Educational World: from October 27 to November 1, 2025, in Rome.

The Dicastery for Culture and Education kindly asks each participant to register for the desired events.
Admission to all events will be free and guaranteed until capacity is reached.

    How can I register and what are the rates?

    You can register at the official website of the conference. The rates are:

    • 180 €: Early rate (until April 28, 2025).
    • 195 €: Standard rate (from April 1 to August 31, 2025).
    • 210 €: Late rate (as of September 1, 2025)
    What happens after October 20, if I have not been able to register before?

    In this case, you can contact the conference secretariat.

    Will there be presented papers be published?

    Yes, accepted papers presented during the conference may be considered for publication in the official proceedings of the event. For more details, please refer to the Author’s Guide in the Resources section.

    What is the official language of the conference?

    The conference will be held in four languages: Spanish, English, French and Italian.

    Will there be certification for participants?

    Yes, all attendees will receive a certificate of participation, whether they attend in person or online.

    Where can I find information about the Jubilee Year?

    How can I participate as a speaker?

    Please contact the secretariat directly and consult the Call for Proposals page for details on how to submit proposals.

    Can I participate in the conference without presenting a paper?

    Yes, the conference is open both to participants who wish to present papers and to attendees interested in listening to the presentations and participating in the round tables. All attendees must register in advance.

    Is it possible to participate in the conference online?

    The conference is mainly held in person. If you find it difficult to attend in person, we invite you to contact the secretariat to explore alternative options.

    Can I get travel or visa support?

    Yes, if you need an invitation letter for your visa, please contact us. We also offer information and guidance on transportation and travel options.

    Which certificate should I send to prove that I am a student?

    If you wish to take advantage of the reduced student rate, please send a current certificate issued by your educational institution, such as proof of enrollment or an official letter, to the conference secretariat mail during the registration process.
