From Termini station, take the train in the direction of Civitavecchia and get off at Roma Aurelia station. Walk a short distance until you reach Via del Balzo and continue to Via degli Aldobrandeschi 190.
By bus
From Via Baldo degli Ubaldi, take Atac 892 towards Via degli Aldobrandeschi. From Via Cipro, take Atac 247 towards Roma Aurelia station. Walk along Via del Balzo until you reach Via degli Aldobrandeschi 190.
By car
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA), take exit 1 Aurelia, direction Vatican City/Central Rome. Continue until you reach the second ramp and, when you reach Via di Villa Troili, continue along the road, keeping to the right, until you reach Via degli Aldobrandeschi 190.

How can I register and what are the rates?
You can register at the official website of the conference. The rates are:
- 180 €: Early rate (until March 31, 2025).
- 195 €: Standard rate (from April 1 to August 31, 2025).
- 210 €: Late rate (as of September 1, 2025)
What happens after October 20, if I have not been able to register before?

Will there be publication of the papers presented?
Yes, accepted papers presented during the conference may be considered for publication in the official proceedings of the event. For more details, please refer to the Author’s Guide in the Resources section.
What is the official language of the congress?
The conference will be held in four languages: Spanish, English, French and Italian.
Will there be certification for participants?
Yes, all attendees will receive a certificate of participation, whether they attend in person or online.

Yes, the conference is open both to participants who wish to present papers and to attendees interested in listening to the presentations and participating in the round tables. All attendees must register in advance.

The conference is mainly held in person. If you find it difficult to attend in person, we invite you to contact the secretariat to explore alternative options.
Can I get travel or visa support?

Which certificate should I send to prove that I am a student?
