A. Registration process and payment methods:

Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and correct payment are received and processed by the Conference Secretariat.

Attendees with an oral presentation must obtain confirmation of acceptance of their abstract from the Conference Secretariat prior to online registration with payment.

Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca is not responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please make sure that your spam filters allow the email from romemetaphysics@idente.net.

Payment options: All payments must be made in Euros.

Bank transfer: Follow the information on the registration page. Please note that your local bank may charge you some additional fees to process the bank transfer. Therefore, please make sure that the net amount being transferred to our account is not less than the required registration fee.

Credit cards: Credit card payments can only be made through our online process using the PAYPAL system. We cannot accept credit card payments sent by fax, email or mail directly to the conference Secretariat.

Receipts are sent by e-mail only. You should receive one within five working days of completing your registration. Receipts are sent to the e-mail address registered during your online registration. If you have not received your receipt, please send a receipt request to the Conference Secretariat and indicate the participant’s name, presentation and method of payment.

B. Cancellation Policy

Conference registration can only be cancelled in writing to the Secretariat.

Cancellations received in writing before September 15, 2025 will be entitled to a 50% refund.

Cancellations received on or after 16 September 2025 will not be entitled to a refund.

All refunds will be made within 3 months of the end of the event. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Please note that only the registration fee will be refunded to registrants.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible.

C. Visa letter

If you need an entry visa, please request it by e-mail to the conference secretariat.

D. Conference Program

The conference program is subject to change. Please visit our website for updated details.

E. Personal Information

Please note that participants’ contact information will be stored in the Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca and the Fernando Rielo Foundation database, which will be used only by the Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca and the Fernando Rielo Foundation. Credit card information will NOT be stored in this database.

Participants’ contact details will not be sold or provided to third parties.

Unless the Conference Secretariat has received an explicit request from registrants indicating that their contact information should not be shared, a list of all attendees, their affiliating institutions and email addresses will be included in the delegate packets.

The email addresses will also be used to disseminate last minute details and announcements of future Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca and Fernando Rielo Foundation events.

If you wish to have your registration deleted after the conference, please notify Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca by email.

F. Disclaimer on the use of participants’ images

We wish to remind you that, as a registered attendee of the conference you are aware that Fondazione idente di Studi e di Ricerca is authorized to: use your image in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications and presentations, including social media, social media campaign, website entries and recordings of the conference sessions, without payment or any other consideration; edit, alter, copy, display, publish or distribute the photograph or video for Fondazione idente di Studi e di Ricerca promotional purposes or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, you are also aware that these materials are the property of Fondazione idente di Studi e di Ricerca and you waive the right to inspect or approve the final product, including the written or electronic copy in which your image appears.

G. Plagiarism

All submitted abstracts and papers must be original. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any scholar. Therefore, any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following sanction measures will be taken:
1) The submitted article will be rejected and removed from final publications.

2) The author’s violation will be reported to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).

3) The authors’ violation will be reported to the appropriate academic ethics oversight office and research funding agency.

4) We will reserve the right to publish the name of the authors, the title of the article, the name of the affiliated institution and the details of the misconduct, etc. of the plagiarizer.

Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals before submitting the article. Once the final manuscript is received, it will not be possible to withdraw or revise the article.

H. Privacy Policy

In summary: registrants’ contact information is NOT shared with third parties without their consent. Registrants’ information is used primarily to verify registration and to notify them of similar events held by the Fernando Rielo Foundation and the Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca in the future.

1) Collection of information

We collect information that you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you register for the conference, fill out a form or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your email address, mailing address, and other contact or identifying information to register you for the conference.

2) Use of Information

Your privacy is very important to us, so we make sure that you are always in control of what we do with your personal information. We want to share information and news about our activities with you. We may do this in a number of ways, such as by email, by post or on social media, but only if you want us to.

3) Information Sharing

We do not share or sell your information to vendors or third parties.

4) Promotional communications

We will occasionally send you free newsletters and emails that directly promote our conferences and events. When you receive our newsletters, you may indicate your preference to stop receiving further communications from us.

5) Sensitive Personal Information

Your personal data is stored securely and remains protected at all times. No personally identifiable statistical information will be published. No personal information will be retained longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and if you request it, it will be deleted.

Neither the Fernando Rielo Foundation nor the Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca directly collect sensitive information such as credit card details or Social Security number. All registrations and payments are made exclusively through the PayPal platform or by bank transfer.

I. Cookies

As you browse the conference website and the social advertising networks we work with, anonymous cookies may arrive on your computer, and use similar technologies, in order to collect your interests based on your (anonymous) online activities, and thus tailor more relevant ads to you.
