We invite you to complete your registration to be part of WMC 2025.

Key information

  • Participation is in person at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome.

  • If you have difficulties to attend in person, please write to the secretariat.

  • Book your accommodation early: Rome will have high occupancy for the Jubilee Year.

  • Students: access a reduced rate upon presentation of a valid registration certificate.

   The rates shown include current VAT (22%).
  The registration fee includes*:
    •     Participation in all sessions of the conference
    •     Participation in the artistic events
    •     Coffee break and lunch
    •     KIT
    •     Publication of the article in the Proceedings

   once the Abstract has been approved by the Scientific Committee and the full paper has been submitted.

* Does not include transportation and lodging.

Payment methods

Once the registration is completed, you can choose the method of payment.
We accept payments with Paypal or by bank transfer until October 20, 2025.
Payments can only be made in EUR.

→ If you are unable to register by October 20, you can contact the conference secretariat

Please instruct your bank to guarantee payment of the full registration fee and to indicate the organization or university of the delegates and the full name of the participant.
